What is CrossFit
CrossFit is defined as “Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity”
What this means is that we train compound (full body) movements, in a constantly varied training program, pushing to reach an optimal performance zone and develop cardiovascular and strength capacities. The fantastic thing about CrossFit is that our coaches are trained to be able to scale any workout to the athletes fitness level. Whether your goals are simply to move better in daily life and play for longer with the kids, or seriously advance your athletic abilities, we've got you covered!
Our wonderful CrossFit Kids (4-11) program will give your kids a fantastic hour of skills learning, interaction with other kids, and fun active workouts designed to sharpen all their developing abilities. Also available is Active Tots (Ages 2-4), a fun energetic hour with games, learning and interactive tasks.
Our New CrossFit Teens class brings together the best elements of Fitness and Fun. 1 hour of fun interactive warmups, drills, and an awesome CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) programmed and designed to enhance both the social and fitness aspects of development in teens.
Our Coaches have a wide variety of skills and training including weightlifting, gymnastics, general physical preparedness, cardio fat burn and weight loss, and strength and conditioning.
